All plans include ETC onboard unit, car navigation system, insurance, taxes, vehicle inspection, and maintenance costs in a fixed monthly price.

Contracts & Vehicle Delivery
Vehicle Delivery Timing
Vehicles are handed over at the designated parking location or delivery point on the contract start date.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations after the contract is finalized are subject to cancellation fees according to our Rental Terms & Conditions.
No refunds will be issued for early termination after vehicle delivery under any circumstances.

Breakdowns, Defects & Additional Charges
In Case of Breakdown or Vehicle Defects
If vehicle trouble or mechanical issues occur, road service included in the insurance or our designated repair shop will handle the situation.
Additional Charges
・Excess mileage fee: ¥220 per km (incl. tax)
・Collision Damage Waiver (optional): ¥440 per day (incl. tax)
・Cleaning, repair, and other fees: Based on company regulations
