- Can I rent for less than 1 month?
- Yes. While monthly is standard, weekly plans are available. Pricing varies by duration.
- Do you support corporate contracts?
- Yes. Multiple vehicles and invoice billing are available for corporate clients.
- Is same-day pickup possible?
- Depending on availability, yes. Please check via LINE or phone.
- How does pickup/return work?
- Pickup at our satellite lots or designated stations. Contactless lockbox and key-by-mail are available.
- Can multiple people drive?
- Yes. We’ll need each driver’s license info and a quick procedure. Contact us on LINE.
- Is there a mileage cap?
- 30-day allowance is 3,000 km. Excess is ¥11/km (tax-incl.).
- Are single-vehicle (own-damage) accidents covered?
- Repairs for own-damage to the rental vehicle may not be covered depending on plan; please confirm coverage details before rental.
Pricing & Payment
- Which payment methods are available?
- Credit card, bank transfer, and PayPay. Invoice billing for corporates.
- Is insurance included?
- Yes. All vehicles include voluntary insurance. Drive with confidence.
- Is fuel included?
- Fuel is not included. Please return with a full tank.
Vehicles & Services
- Can I choose a specific model?
- Specific models cannot be guaranteed. We assign available vehicles within your selected class (e.g., minivan, compact, hybrid).
- Do cars have navigation and ETC?
- All cars have ETC. Most have navigation; some outlet cars may not, reflected in lower pricing.
- Do you lend ETC cards?
- Yes. ETC cards are available for rent at ¥200 per day (excluding tax). Please note that availability is limited, so ETC card rental is subject to availability.
- Are there non-smoking cars?
- Vehicles are non-smoking by default. Contact us in advance if you require otherwise.
- Long drives or sleeping in the car?
- Monthly allowance is 3,000 km; excess fees apply. Car camping is allowed, but no built-in power/bed — please bring your own gear.
End of Contract & Extensions
- Can I return to a different location?
- By default, return to the pickup location. Alternative drop-offs can be arranged on request.
- How do I extend?
- Please contact us at least 7 days before your return date. Extensions depend on availability. After the first month, daily extensions are possible.
- Can I cancel early?
- Yes, but unused days are non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations. We recommend the 1-month rolling plan for flexibility; after your first month, you can extend day-by-day.
Trouble & Support
- What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?
- Contact the police first, then reach our support line. We’ll guide insurance procedures and arrange assistance or a replacement vehicle when possible.
- Who pays traffic fines (e.g., parking tickets)?
- Fines are the driver’s responsibility. Please settle them promptly.
- Is 24/7 roadside support available?
- Roadside towing (via insurance) is available 24/7/365. Our desk will assist according to the situation.
