Cancellation Fee
If a reservation is canceled after it has been confirmed, a cancellation fee will apply depending on the number of days prior to the start date.
Percentages are calculated based on the one-month rental fee of the reserved vehicle.
- 6–2 days before: 20% of the one-month rental fee
- 1 day before: 30% of the one-month rental fee
- On the day of use: 50% of the one-month rental fee
Peak Season
15 days or more before: No cancellation fee
10 days before: 100% of the one-month rental fee
11–14 days before: 50% of the one-month rental fee
Excess Mileage Charge
The mileage limit is 3,000 km per 30 days.
If this limit is exceeded, an excess mileage charge of ¥11 (tax included) per kilometer will apply.
Extension Policy
- If you wish to extend your rental period, please submit your request at least 7 days before the scheduled return date.
- Requests made less than 7 days before the return date will be treated as a late extension, and an additional surcharge will apply.
Extension Fees and Surcharges
- Standard Extension:
If requested at least 7 days in advance, the rental can be extended at the normal daily rate. - Late Extension:
Requests made 6 days to 1 day before the return date: extension fee plus a 20% surcharge. - Unauthorized Extension:
If the vehicle is not returned by the scheduled date/time without prior notice, a separate penalty will be charged.

Insurance and coverage conditions may change when extending the rental. Please confirm in advance.
Late Return Penalty
If the rental period is exceeded without our prior approval, it will be considered a breach of the rental agreement. In such cases, a penalty of 200% of the applicable daily rate for the excess days will be charged, in addition to any damages incurred.
If you wish to extend your rental, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled return date. For rentals of one month or longer, extensions are available from one additional day.

- Kei Wagon: ¥5,500 (tax incl.)
- Kei Box: ¥5,500 (tax incl.)
- Kei Van: ¥6,600 (tax incl.)
- Standard Passenger Car: ¥7,700 (tax incl.)
- Hybrid: ¥8,800 (tax incl.)
- Minivan: ¥9,900 (tax incl.)
- Minivan Premium: ¥11,000 (tax incl.)
Fuel Policy (Full Tank Return)
If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, the following fuel charges will apply:
・Less than half a tank: ¥8,000
・Half a tank or more: ¥4,000
