This page explains how to make a reservation with Monthly Go, the contract process, required items, payment methods, early termination, and cancellation policies.
STEP 1. Reservation
Reservations are accepted via WhatsApp or phone.

Vehicle models cannot be specified, as availability depends on scheduled returns and same-day inventory.
Reserved vehicles will be confirmed and notified between 5 days and 1 day before the rental start date.
STEP 2. Rental Price Confirmation
Rental prices vary by vehicle class.

STEP 3. Contract Procedure (Online Only)
All contracts are completed online.

Once all required information has been submitted, the contract will be finalized.
No in-person visit is necessary, making the process simple and smooth.
STEP 4. Vehicle Pick-Up (Delivery / Pick-Up Service)
The vehicle will be handed over according to the pick-up method specified at the time of reservation.

After identity verification, the rental will begin immediately.

STEP 5. Start of Rental
Once the vehicle handover is completed, you may begin using the car immediately.
If you expect to be late for the scheduled pick-up time, please contact us in advance.
STEP 6. Vehicle Return
Before returning the vehicle, please refill the fuel tank to full at a nearby gas station.

Extensions are available on a daily basis, subject to availability.
What to Prepare at the Time of Contract
Since the contract is completed online, only the following item is required on the day of pick-up.
