Coverage is applied within the scope defined in the rental terms and conditions.
Hospitalization and outpatient treatment are covered for up to 60 days from the date of the accident.
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
By enrolling in the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), the customer’s deductible for vehicle damage will be reduced to ¥0.

Important Notes Regarding CDW
CDW applies only in the case of accidents.
Customer liability charges and non-operation charges are waived only when damage is caused by an accident.
Damage or malfunction not attributable to Monthly Go, including mechanical failure, seat stains, or interior equipment damage, is not covered.
Coverage does not apply in cases of intentional or malicious damage, or when the accident is not reported to the police or Monthly Go.
If multiple accidents occur during the same rental period, CDW applies only to the first accident.
CDW cannot be added or canceled after the rental has started. Please apply before departure.
Enrollment may be refused in the following cases:
Customers with a past accident history
Drivers who obtained their license less than one year ago
Drivers under 21 years of age
Drivers aged 70 or older

Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
If a vehicle requires repair or cleaning due to an accident, theft, breakdown, or interior/exterior damage, the following non-operation charges apply as compensation for lost business during the service period.
