(tax included) per kilometer<\/strong> will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Extension Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you wish to extend your rental period, please submit your request <strong>at least 7 days before the scheduled return date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests made <strong>less than 7 days before<\/strong> the return date will be treated as a <strong>late extension<\/strong>, and an additional surcharge will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extension Fees and Surcharges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard Extension<\/strong>:<br>If requested at least 7 days in advance, the rental can be extended at the normal daily rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Late Extension<\/strong>:<br>Requests made <strong>6 days to 1 day before<\/strong> the return date: extension fee <strong>plus a 20% surcharge<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unauthorized Extension<\/strong>:<br>If the vehicle is not returned by the scheduled date\/time without prior notice, a separate penalty will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be sure to contact us via LINE or phone before conditions may change when extending the rental.
